Quick Thoughts on Beta

- lots of content make it feel like a completely different world than UVG but something that will better fit my tables gaming style.
- the layout is crisp and easy to follow
- the header font is annoying to read.
- the skills / mechanics section is well laid out and feels more structured than UVG original, and breaking actions into automatic / innate / skill / luck / impossible is a very good thing for less experienced (or bitterly experienced) players.
- as a someone who primarily buys PDF and prints, the light artwork was welcome from many sourcebooks that use a great deal of ink sapping full page covered in shadows illustrations. It also nicely suits the feel of a strange world rather than a dark apocalyptic one.
- it's going to make an interesting addition to my collection that I am likely to strip out parts for other games.
