Issue 1:
Go through Ultan's door in this inaugural issue into the Ruins of the Inquisitor's Theater, a 30 room dungeon replete with oneiric puddings, delicate shadow puppets, giggling white swine, and much more. This zine contains everything you need to launch a D&D campaign in the Zyan, flying city of the dreamlands. The issue is printed on deluxe paper, and comes with a detachable cover that has a map printed on the interior by Gus L., and a separate card for encounters. Brought to life with stunning art of Huargo and brilliant layout of Matt Hildebrand, it is an object that may itself have come from beyond the veil of sleep!
36 pages, A5 saddle-stitched zine, black and white. Includes PDF.
Issue 2:
Go through Ultan's door in this second issue into the Catacombs of the Fleischguild, replete with fiendish traps of the butcher priests, blood demons, muscle jellies, flayed heretics, and much more! This 36 page zine also has articles on house rules for playing in the dreamlands, on the undead of Wishery, and new spells and magic items. Brought to life with a gorgeous map by Gus L and lavish art by Huargo, Jeremy Duncan, Orphicss, and Matt Hildebrand. It may very well have come from beyond the veil of sleep!
This zine contains a 31 room dungeon for a party of 3-5 characters of 2-3 levels in Advanced Labyrinth Lord or any older edition of D&D. It comes with a detachable cover with a map and a separate encounter card so that you can sit right down and play!
36 pages, A5 saddle-stitched zine, black and white. Includes PDF.
Issue 3: Double issue!
Float down the sewer river of the dreamlands in a pointcrawl along a sewer river of the dreamlands connecting the dungeons from Issues 1 & 2 with 7 new locations.
It introduces an entire settlement, the Sanitarium of the Benefactors, and numerous factions including the sewer wyrm Cephaia, Prophetess of the Muddled Waters; her rival the Cranemay, melancholy fey witch; and the Lurid Toads, ominously polite cannibalistic parasites. It is illustrated more lushly than ever, with 20 gorgeous illustrations by Huargo, Orphicss, Gus, Daria Khlebnikova, Johan Tieldow, Jeremy Duncan and David Hoskins.
Complete with a giant dreamy sewer encounter table, and rules for playing your very own opium dreaming wizard!
The physical version of this double issue comes with two detachable covers with maps and two separate encounter card so that you can sit right down and play. Written for 1st-4th level characters and statted for Advanced Labyrinth Lord—but easily usable with any older edition of D&D or retro-clones.
Winner of The Awards 2022!
This issue is intended for mature audiences. It contains drug use and references death by drug overdose. It has rules for diseases of the dreamlands. The Sanitarium is a cruel place, with echoes the concentration camps and psychiatric institutions of the mid 20th Century. Although not without resistance and hope, it features the oppression of disabled people.
56 pages, A5 saddle-stitched zine, black and white. Includes PDF.
